“I stayed as part of a family group for 2 nights and from the minute we arrived until the minute we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were a very mixed age demographic from 5 up to 86 and the team looked after us all so well. There was a genuine family feel to the hotel and everyone took the time to talk to us and make us feel so at home. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was superb - great recommendations from the waiting staff. We enjoyed wonderful cocktails and even our noisy games entertaining the 5 year old didn't raise an eyebrow from the staff. Thank you for taking such good care of us during our very special Windsor stay.”

“Had a fantastic stay at this McDonald’s Hotel! The staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was the best spot in Windsor! With parking for £40 a night. Overall atmosphere felt warm and friendly. Great value for money and outstanding customer service throughout. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!”

“Located right opposite the castle, this hotel is perfect for anyone visiting for an event there. Smart rooms with most of the little luxuries you'd expect from this kind of high end hotel - could have benefited from a disposable shower cap because the shower was a huge wet room with no escape from the pressure! Parking was bookable underneath the hotel at a large extra cost, which I did choose to pay but if I'd planned things better I might have looked around for cheaper parking elsewhere. Most of the staff were excellent apart from one female receptionist who was a bit snippy. Communication ahead of the stay was very good indeed - they got back to me very quickly responding to any questions, which was very much appreciated, especially when I'd booked last minute.”
